Your local team augmentation solution Recruiting skilled developers is hard. Consider hiring a small, local team.

If you are struggling to build out your tech team, but need to finish projects anyway, we can help. Neoteric Design can augment your existing team and get you over the hump.

We bring a collaborative, critical, engineering mindset to our engagements. We build for quality. And then, we’ll do a complete, well-organized, well-annotated handoff when your internal team is ready to take over.

We're experts in agile software development, Rails web applications, user experience, and custom websites.

We help businesses plan, build, and implement products, prototypes, and MVPs — so they can grow and profit.

When I hired Nick and his team to help us with the user interface for HubTran, I thought I had already done a good job of figuring out the flow. After they interviewed our users, they provided us with a much more efficient UX. The handoff was well thought out. Neoteric gave us a working system that we could transition to our own team. I will use them again at every opportunity.

Fit and adaptable

We build software that's well-designed to solve the problem at hand. We also have our eye on the future, too, ensuring our systems can be adapted to new challenges and variations.

In today's climate, software security is of paramount concern. We build with Automated Security Testing to reduce the risk of poor practices or out of date components.

Well-engineered projects can be readily given to another team for ongoing development — or to onboard a second team to work on more features. Nothing is 'locked-up' in one team's head.

Whether it's our team or someone else — at some point, someone will need to maintain the system. We build with pride. Everything we create is well-tested, well-documented, and clear.

We take ownership and interest in our work, and see it through to a quality end-product that we have pride in.

Central Time Zone

We're local (in Chicago!), close to your time zone, and understand the challenges outsourced projects face.
